Why use these
Nothing is uploaded
There is no upload step and no queue, because there is nowhere to upload to. We run no server that touches your documents, so there is no copy of your file to leak, to hand over, or to forget to delete. Large files are also faster for exactly that reason: nothing has to travel.
No account, no watermark, no limits we invented
Nothing to sign up for, no verification email, and nothing stamped on the pages that come out. We set no page or file-size limits of our own — the ceiling is your device's memory, which is a real constraint rather than one placed there to sell you a subscription.
They tell you what they cannot do
Compression barely helps a text-only PDF, and ours says so and gives you your original back rather than a file that is 2% smaller. Splitting drops bookmarks that point into other files, and reports how many. A tool that only ever reports success is a tool that is not measuring anything.
